What’s is your minimum amount you finance?
Funding starts from as little as $ 2,000. At EquipFund our Fitout Finance Team offers both a full financial product and also a number of No-Financial products to approved applicants with funding up to $ 75,000 without producing financial documents. (Conditions Apply).
What Finance Products do you offer under Fitout Finance?
We offer both Chattel Mortgage (On Balance Sheet Funding) or Operating Lease “Rental Finance” (Off Balance Sheet Funding) to accommodate the documentation of the Fitout Finance. We do not product discriminate, meaning that no matter how you wish to document the transaction, the ongoing monthly payments will be the same. We will leave the product option up to you and your accountant.
Do you supply other services than just finance?
Yes, we can assist in all areas of Fitout, we have a number of long term relationships with professional Fitout groups as well as Equipment suppliers and are more than happy to introduce you to them so that you can get the best services to suite your needs.
Can you finance our services or do we need to use EquipFund approved Trades and Service people?
Of course you can make use of your service people and trades! All that we need to do is have them approved for funding, this is a very simple process in itself, they simply fill out an accreditation form and supply a current copy of their business bank statement so that we can verify their details as listed on their Tax Invoices that they will supply. Our friendly and knowledgeable team are always here to assist with this and to make your life as easy as possible.
What is the application process like?
We have done our very best to keep the paperwork process to a minimum. All you need to do is complete our simplified application form and supply these with a minimum of a driver’s license, and a Rates Notice (If a property owner), after this depending on the size of the transaction you may be required to provide proof of income to demonstrate the ability to service and this can be from Accountant Prepared Tax Returns of Personal Income Statements
Do we need to put in a deposit?
Not all instance of finance that we offer require a deposit, this is normally for people that are not a property owner or whom have not traded for prescribed minimum trading term of 2 years (Conditions Apply).
